About Us

We are a transmission cooperative supplying wholesale electricity to nine member rural electric cooperatives, who serve over 34,000 farms, homes and businesses in 33 counties in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Member systems operate and maintain more than 23,000 miles of overhead and underground distribution line to serve 18,000 members. Our headquarters are located in Sidney, Montana.
